The successful candidate will support a variety of turnkey projects, including the design, supply, and installation of prefabricated energy solutions. Our client offers turnkey design, build, and operational solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate project programme documentation.
  • Liaise with the Pre-Construction Department to assess programme-related Tender Documentation.
  • Work alongside the Operations Team to develop strategic programmes for each phase of our projects: procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Department on Subcontract Packages.
  • Update programmes based on true as-built progress with the design, fabrication, and site-based teams.
  • Attend client programme meetings as required.
  • Undertake risk analysis of live programmes to support the Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Review implications of programme change/slippage and create recovery programmes to maintain key dates.
  • Assist in preparing programme progress reports for review by the Operations Delivery Teams and Senior Management.
Essential Criteria
  • Third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the M&E sector.
  • Commercially astute.
  • High standard of analytical, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in Programme Software's such as Power Projects, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
