Job Title: Assistant Business Controller UK&I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Business Controller to join our team in the UK&I region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Controller in the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Controller in the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Work with the Business Controller to analyze financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
