Deputy Care Home Manager

Are you a talented and experienced Deputy Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a beautiful home in Norwich.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the care home to ensure high-quality care is provided and goals are met.
  • Supervise and oversee the care staff, taking on full management responsibilities when the Home Manager is unavailable.
  • Provide training and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager on resident assessments, maintaining accurate care plans and records, and fostering effective communication with families and other stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Care Home Manager or in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent care to residents.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to promote resident involvement in their care plans and empower them to make informed decisions.
