Role Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and distinctive designs for Boden's customer base.
  • Produce detailed technical CAD drawings and artwork packages.
  • Ensure adherence to critical deadlines and project timelines.
  • Actively participate in approvals at all stages of product development.
  • Seek inspiration from diverse sources to stay ahead of current trends.
  • Manage PLM tasks, including tech pack uploads and BOM creation.
  • Attend fittings and present designs with manager support.
  • Adapt designs to evolving market trends and industry requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Possesses a strong understanding of industry competitors and aspirational brands.
  • Demonstrates a passion for color and print in design.
  • Is proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM software.
  • Holds a relevant degree in Fashion Design, Print, Illustration, or Textiles.
  • Has previous experience as a Design Assistant with a compelling design portfolio.
