Job Responsibilities
- Enhance revenue to surpass set targets while identifying avenues for ongoing performance improvement.
- Lead and inspire the team to ensure sales objectives are consistently achieved and exceeded.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to boost sales both personally and through team efforts.
- Guarantee exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Equip all team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve key business goals.
- Oversee the presentation and merchandising of seasonal inventory in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform additional duties as required within the defined scope of responsibility for the role.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail, particularly within the premium sector, is advantageous.
- Exceptional people management skills, with strong leadership and motivational abilities.

- A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Familiarity with the local market.
