Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Proactive Appointments. As an Infrastructure Technician, you will play a key role in assisting our Information Systems function to develop, deliver, and maintain business application systems that provide real benefits to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support virtualized server infrastructure and technologies, including SAN technology for storage.
  • Configure and manage Dell and EMC SAN and Server products.
  • Implement and manage Citrix environments.
  • Design and implement network and communication systems, including IP, routing, and VLANs.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery solutions, including replication.
  • Configure and manage Cisco phone systems.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, IPS, and Cisco routers.
  • Ensure compliance with IS27001 standards.
  • Develop and maintain basic SQL skills.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products, both server and desktop.
  • Experience in implementation and support of virtualized server infrastructure and technologies.
  • Experience with Dell and EMC SAN and Server products.
  • Experience with Citrix environments.
  • Network and communication experience.
  • Experience with disaster recovery solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cisco phone systems.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, IPS, and Cisco routers.
  • IS27001 standards experience.
  • Basic SQL skills.
