Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the automated line, guaranteeing optimal production output, quality, and safety.
  • Manage and maintain production equipment, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Implement and maintain good manufacturing practices, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in food production and manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food manufacturing sector, operating machines and managing production lines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with basic food hygiene training.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the production team.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy, with accuracy in paperwork and calculations.
  • Good timekeeping and attendance records, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
