Lookers Audi is seeking a dedicated Workshop Controller to lead and inspire our team of Technicians & Apprentices at our Wearside location.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth workshop operations and exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities:- Maintain strict adherence to company, DVSA, health and safety, and OEM guidelines.
- Supervise service work to guarantee quality, timely completion, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with manufacturers and provide Technicians with expert support during repairs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Schedule work efficiently while upholding the highest workshop standards.
- Provide technical guidance and prepare reports as required.
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. A proven ability to lead and motivate a team is essential. A valid UK driving license is mandatory for this role.
