Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Grounds Worker/Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of various sites throughout south Wales, ensuring that all areas are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including concreting, fencing, block paving, brickwork, and general grounds work.
  • Work on various sites throughout south Wales, completing a range of tasks to ensure that all areas are well-maintained.
  • Update our in-house system to accept jobs, close them down, and report any further issues.
  • Organize and manage a small team to ensure that works are completed to a high standard.
  • Repair aco drains, slabs, kerbs, and small sections of tarmac.
  • Work with other trades to gain experience and develop your career.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Ground working.
  • A practical thinker and problem solver.
  • Good team player, with a strong work ethic.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure, and to deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £29,000-£30,000 (depending on experience), as well as a range of additional benefits, including:

Job Type and Schedule

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
