Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the selling process
  • Promote luxury products and brand identity to clients
  • Understand client requirements and preferences
  • Suggest products proactively to meet client needs
  • Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Implement effective cross-selling strategies to increase sales
  • Handle product exchanges, special orders, and returns in a professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Participate in stock management and restocking to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment
  • Introduce new products and collections to clients in a engaging and informative way
  • Maintain a high level of brand image and consistency in all interactions
  • Provide courteous and attentive service to customers, following up on orders and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that product displays are in line with brand standards and are visually appealing

Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury fashion sales, particularly in footwear
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively promote products and engage with clients
  • Knowledge of luxury sales techniques and strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Exemplary customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Fluency in English
