About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Customer Voice and Communications Officer to join our team at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, local communities, and other stakeholders to seek feedback in innovative, inclusive, and creative ways that will shape and improve the services we offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to create meaningful engagement that maximises outcomes for customers
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance our reputation and strengthen relationships
  • Work with customers to gather feedback and insights that inform service improvements
  • Design and deliver engaging internal and external communications that promote our services and values
