Position Title: Client Relations Specialist at Crane Worldwide Logistics

  • Establish and nurture connections with a designated portfolio of Crane Worldwide Logistics' current clientele.
  • Articulate the full spectrum of Crane Worldwide Logistics' capabilities and service offerings to clients.
  • Engage in negotiations with air, ocean, and ground transportation providers to secure optimal pricing.
  • Collaborate with various departments and offices both domestically and internationally within the Crane Worldwide Logistics network to create comprehensive logistics solutions.
  • Utilize company Quoting Applications to present appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage the existing client portfolio while evaluating potential new clients for inclusion, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as a representative and advocate for the customer within Operations teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies for complete end-to-end solutions in commercial air and ocean freight, including occasional chartering.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
