Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team on a Data Centre project in North London. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety documents and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with site management to develop and implement safety plans, including method statements and risk assessments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Manage and maintain safety records, including incident reports, audits, and training records.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on health, safety, and environmental performance.
Requirements
- Relevant EHS qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar EHS role.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
