Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a large building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, to ensure the building's systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent equipment failures.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant mechanical or electrical trade is desirable.
  • Significant experience in a building services environment, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
