Key Responsibilities
- Upholding the Health & Safety standards for all personnel while implementing enhancements across various operational areas.
- Monitoring performance metrics against established KPIs to foster growth throughout the facility.
- Optimizing profitability and spearheading performance enhancements.
- Collaborating with existing teams to advance the Continuous Improvement Strategy, emphasizing employee involvement and engagement.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and will have:
- Experience in a comparable position within a manufacturing setting, preferably in high-risk sectors.
- A demonstrated history of effective people management and achieving significant results through team leadership.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Decisiveness and the capability to make immediate decisions.
- A proactive mindset coupled with a robust work ethic.
- Knowledge of cost structures and experience in budget management, along with an understanding of pest control protocols.

This site is engaged in meat packaging, producing a substantial volume of beef, pork, and lamb products weekly. The operation encompasses a diverse range of meat products, including various cuts and preparations. The facility spans a significant area and is equipped with multiple production lines, where a dedicated workforce operates around the clock to ensure seamless operations.
