About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Oliver Bonas Limited. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's brand and sales objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the Retail and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans.
  3. Coach and guide shop teams on visual merchandising best practices and provide feedback on display execution.
  4. Support new store openings and refits, ensuring that visual displays are consistent with the company's brand image.
  5. Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Present regular updates to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager on visual merchandising performance and areas for improvement.
