Overview:
Aston Charles Ltd is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our esteemed Independent & Private Schools Division. This division operates with the charm of a boutique practice, supported by a dedicated team of approximately 40 highly-experienced professionals specializing in Sales, Account Management, Claims, and Account Handling. Our team is recognized as some of the most talented insurance experts in the industry, managing prestigious accounts within this niche.
As part of a leading global brokerage, our division enjoys the advantages of substantial infrastructure and market presence, enabling us to leverage specialized colleagues when necessary.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial portfolio of accounts from prestigious private and independent schools.
- Conduct face-to-face client visits, while also utilizing online meetings as per client preferences.
- Collaborate with Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing services.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' operations and associated risks, particularly in complex environments such as boarding facilities and advanced laboratories.
- Work closely with Underwriters to create tailored insurance programs that effectively mitigate risks.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in an Account Executive role.
- Knowledge of various commercial insurance covers, including Property and Liability/Commercial Combined insurance.
- Strong communication skills to engage with sophisticated insurance buyers.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
