Xpertise Recruitment: Senior Project Manager

We're seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join one of Europe's fastest-growing e-commerce companies. As a key member of our team, you'll drive change, actively think outside the box, and lead dynamic cross-functional teams in a truly agile manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of software development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships up to C-suite level, fostering strong partnerships and open communication.
  • Guide teams to drive change and embrace new ideas, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Define clear project objectives and ensure key deliverables are met, using RAID management to address risks and find solutions.
  • Coordinate UAT and keep projects on track with respect to quality, cost, and timing, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in project management in e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong skills in RAID management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage project status.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
