Role Responsibilities: As the NDT Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to industry standards and enhancing quality assurance across all NDT functions.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all NDT operations, including the guidance and management of an NDT Technician.
  • Serving as the technical authority in non-destructive testing, with opportunities for training and professional development, including progression to Level 3 certification.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and updating all relevant systems and databases.
  • Generating quality documentation and acting as a liaison between your team and upper management.
  • Ensuring that all NDT equipment is calibrated and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Reviewing, approving, and distributing NDT reports to clients.


Team Leadership: You will provide quality oversight for a team of six NDT-certified welders, ensuring that all activities align with industry requirements, particularly BS EN 15085. While you will oversee these individuals, direct management will be limited.
