This organization maintains strong partnerships with local health authorities and community services, ensuring a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume overall accountability for the operational and care delivery aspects of the service, reporting directly to the Director.
- Manage relationships with local health authorities and community services.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clients' care plans, ensuring safety and excellence in ongoing care.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to foster the growth and retention of all care staff.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Care Act and the Essential Standards set by regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in a Home Care environment.
- Must have achieved or be actively pursuing a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
