We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our member firms and their financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting IFA's with X-Plan queries and communicating with product providers
  • Running system reports in preparation for meetings and building strong relationships with member firms
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries for Advisors and the network
