Opportunity for Night Shift Engineers

We are seeking dedicated Night Shift Engineers to join our team in Spalding. These roles involve 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, operating on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance preventative maintenance strategies across our facilities.
  • Adhere to rapid response protocols under the guidance of Engineering Supervisors.
  • Contribute insights on maintenance trends to drive process improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Support Engineering Managers/Supervisors with new system implementations.
  • Participate in regular facility audits for safety and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance role (apprenticeship or entry-level position).
  • Willingness to work the specified night shift schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Qualifications in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or refrigeration engineering.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
