Site Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a new earthworks and remediation contract in Bedfordshire.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Manage a team of laborers, ensuring they are properly utilized and motivated to achieve project goals.

* Conduct regular plant and machinery checks to maintain a safe working environment.

* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor hours, materials, and equipment usage.

* Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

* Report to the Contracts Manager on project progress and any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**

* Right to work in the UK.

* Possession of a CSCS card (Gold/Black) and relevant certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS).

* First aid ticket holder.

* Experience in bulk earthworks and remediation projects.

* Full UK driving license.
