We are seeking a Senior Counselling Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of psychology services in settings such as therapeutic community wings. As a Senior Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the delivery of psychology services, including the development and implementation of treatment plans and the provision of psychological assessments and interventions.

You will work closely with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service to prisoners, including those with complex needs. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising trainee forensic psychology staff and providing professional supervision and support to them.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in counselling psychology and experience of working with adolescents involved in offending. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
