Key Responsibilities:

Property Oversight:

  • Direct the daily operations of commercial properties, focusing on leasing, maintenance, and tenant engagement.
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations to guarantee adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee repair, renovation, and maintenance projects to uphold property quality and enhance tenant experiences.
  • Manage relationships with service providers, negotiate contracts, and supervise service agreements to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and quality service.

Tenant Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met.
  • Act as a mediator between tenants and property owners, providing updates on property performance and resolving any disputes.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, closely monitoring revenue and expenses.
  • Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, and expense management to maximize property profitability.
  • Implement strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement to improve property performance and value.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to property operations, insurance, and legal issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends and property valuations.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team to minimize risks and enhance property value.
