The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Private Client law and experience in managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of solicitors in the Private Client department
- Handle a range of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, and trusts
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Client law
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving business objectives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- STEP accreditation or equivalent
