We are seeking a skilled MI Analyst to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As an MI Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our client's current suite of MI reports, integrating data from multiple sources into SSRS and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, with a comprehensive understanding of SQL and experience working with SQL to develop MI reports that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reports within SSRS from SQL data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Expand the current set of Power BI dashboards, promoting self-serve reporting across all business areas.
- Refine SQL jobs to maximize performance and availability of data for reporting, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Ensure data from various systems is available for reporting within the SQL data warehouse, maintaining data consistency.
- Provide data and define processes within Finance for reconciling payments and receipts, ensuring financial accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MI Analyst, preferably in an online travel setting, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, with advanced knowledge of Excel for data summarization and presentation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, with experience in combining data to extract actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business growth.
- Enthusiasm for using new technologies and tools to interpret data, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
