  • Conduct thorough building surveys and provide detailed reports to clients

  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage and mentor junior team members on their APC journey

Requirements:

  • MRICS accreditation or equivalent
  • Experience in building surveys, valuations, and other related services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
