About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building surveys, valuations, and other related services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough building surveys and provide detailed reports to clients
- Provide expert advice on building valuations, condition surveys, and other related services
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage and mentor junior team members on their APC journey
Requirements:
- MRICS accreditation or equivalent
- Experience in building surveys, valuations, and other related services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
