Job Title: Solicitor – Contentious Probate 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Solicitor to join our Contentious Probate team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients on all aspects of contentious probate work.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a 2-4 year PQE Solicitor to join our fast-growing team and develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues to assist on a broad range of contentious trusts and probate cases, and will be responsible for running your own caseload efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting senior colleagues on contentious trusts and probate cases
  • Running your own caseload of complex and less-complex matters
  • Advising clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases
  • Handling client meetings and drafting court documents
  • Participating in business development activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualified experience in contentious trusts and probate matters
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to be flexible and find practical solutions to problems
  • High degree of initiative and ability to cope in a demanding environment
