About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with and completing various financial duties, including sales ledger management, invoicing, credit control, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales ledger, including invoicing, credit control, and commission processing
  • Assist with payroll processing, including producing weekly employee reports
  • Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist with all aspects of running a busy office
Requirements
  • Experience using Sage Line 50 Accounts/Payroll
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work on own initiative
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
