Job Overview

Our client, a leading law firm, has recently opened a new office in the region. We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Paralegal to join a busy Private Client team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing full legal support to one fee earner
  • Diary management
  • Onboarding new clients and carrying out Know Your Client (KYC) checks
  • Preparing letters and emails
  • Digital dictation
  • Billing
  • Initial drafting of basic wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately filed in the case management system
Requirements
  • Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Private Client practice
  • Basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws
  • Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
