Position: Automotive Parts Specialist
Location: Enfield, EN1
Salary: £30,400 per annum + bonus (OTE £32,775 per annum)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am to 12:30pm
Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to enhance our dynamic Parts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the dealership's parts operations, ensuring exceptional service to both workshop technicians and retail customers.
- Identify and procure parts necessary for vehicle repairs, process special orders, and communicate lead times effectively.
- Notify relevant personnel regarding the arrival of parts, manage invoicing and credit notes, and handle administrative tasks related to stock management.
- Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring accurate placement within our on-site storage facilities, and manage the return of parts in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain health and safety standards, uphold stock security, and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with prior experience in roles such as automotive parts advisor, parts consultant, or parts counter advisor within franchised dealerships, manufacturer-owned groups, or independent parts suppliers.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with automotive parts management systems like CDK Drive, Autoline, Kerridge, and Pinnacle. Experience in a dealership environment supporting a large team of vehicle technicians is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of £30,400 per annum, with additional earnings potential through a monthly bonus structure.
