Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Performance Validation Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge engines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Validation Planning: Develop system and component validation plans based on risk assessments from DFMEAs.
  2. Project Management: Deliver end-to-end project management, collaborating with engineering teams to specify test requirements and define engine build and instrumentation needs.
  3. Testing Oversight: Manage various testing methods, including engine dyno testing and machine testing.
  4. Data-Driven Decisions: Work closely with test engineers to drive decision-making from engine data reviews and end-of-test inspections.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering or a STEM field.
  2. Demonstrated experience in engine or machine development.
  3. Ability to analyze engine data and use it to drive business decisions.
