About the Role

Aramark Food Services is seeking a skilled Relief Night Chef to join our team, covering sites in Northampton and Kettering. As a Relief Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food within a set menu, working collaboratively with a team of chefs to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food for night service, adhering to standard recipes and Aramark brand standards.
  • Operate tills and manage payments, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage night shifts across two distribution centers, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and food preparation activities are delivered on time.
  • Ensure the integrity of the standard Aramark food offer, maintaining food quality and integrity at all times.
  • Accountable for stock flow and rotation of product within the unit.
Requirements
  • Previous chef experience, with a strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen management.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driving license, with the ability to travel between sites.
  • Flexibility to work late shifts, including weekends and weekdays.
  • Ability to pass security vetting and maintain confidentiality.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.
  • A part-time, permanent role with a range of weekdays and weekends, working between 10pm and 4am.
