About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Full UK driver's license and access to a car
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
