Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. If you have a proven track record in the manufacturing, industrial, and transport sectors, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values diversity and uses innovative technology to ensure fair hiring practices. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a temp desk, covering the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, and driving business growth through new business wins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a temp desk, ensuring seamless recruitment processes and high-quality candidate experiences
  • Cover the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and post-placement support
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and expand existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of recruitment services
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 (DOE), plus a beneficial commission scheme. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of OX Seven Talent Partners R2R.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, and transport sectorsA proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services and achieving excellent billing historyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidatesA strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
