Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Accelerated People Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of our technical warehouse team, coordination of logistics for incoming and outgoing stock, and taking responsibility for company operations and department supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the technical warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing stock, including inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • Take responsibility for company operations and department supervision, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on technical experience within the audio-visual production sector, with a strong understanding of AV technologies and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with colleagues, third-party vendors, and clients.
  • A desire to continue learning and developing your understanding of AV technologies and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
