AD Finance is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in Birmingham. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and collecting receivables, maximising cash collection, and minimising aged debt.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective management and monitoring of receivables to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Proactive communication with customers to secure payments and resolve any disputes or issues.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to identify and escalate high-risk accounts.
- Analysis and review of customer accounts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Development and implementation of strategies to improve cash flow and reduce debt.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business requirements, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficient user of Excel, with experience of using v-lookup and pivot tables.
