Job Title: Senior Environment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environment Specialist to join our team at AWE plc. As a key member of our environmental team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and providing expert advice to support our business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Deliver Permit and Environmental Management System compliance to an organisation, preferably in an operational capacity.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on environmental matters to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental strategies.

Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering Permit and Environmental Management System compliance to an organisation, preferably in an operational capacity.
  • Previous experience of working in the nuclear industry is desirable but not a requirement, as training will be provided.
  • Degree-qualified or degree-equivalent experience.
