Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Carrickfergus. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with sensory impairment and/or complex needs to live independently and to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Assist with financial management and medication administration.
- Accompany individuals on community trips and outings.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
