About the Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing small project and cost management consultancy who are a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project managers and complete projects in and around London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Running multiple projects and supporting junior staff members on site and in the office, especially with their APC.
  • Providing expert advice on construction cost management and project delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the company through innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
  • MRICS or currently working towards.
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy.
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge.
  • Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
