Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner. This role is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data. The successful candidate will be the site lead for the CMMS software, ensuring it is run in line with EU standards and participating in EU coordinated projects and improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the site-level SME on the CMMS software, training the local engineering team and escalating issues as required.
  • Ensure site-level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels are correctly recorded in the system.
  • Accurately forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians, ensuring high equipment availability to internal customers.
  • Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders, and work with procurement to find savings or efficiencies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
  • Experience with CMMS software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with the Infor APM platform.
  • Experience rolling out a new CMMS system.
