Business Analyst Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in business analysis, energy management, and software development.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements and processes to ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyse business processes and customer requirements to identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest energy sector trends, SaaS market innovations, and 3rd party software provider updates.
- Extract, corroborate, and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making.
- Support the development of test cases and conduct user acceptance testing to verify solution requirements.
- Assist in change management and transformation projects to help stakeholders adapt to new processes and systems.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent + at least 12 months of work experience or a business-related degree.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to set effective deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
