Position Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Specialist, you will engage in various gardening and grounds upkeep tasks while providing guidance to residents, colleagues, and clients throughout the region. Your responsibilities will include managing tree care, gardening, grounds maintenance, and performing general repairs. You will be accountable for maintaining safe working practices, navigating to properties and grounds in diverse locations, and effectively utilizing maps and directions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and implement a gardening schedule independently while accurately documenting all completed tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal office personnel, colleagues, and management.
  • Maintain a full UK driving license, which is essential for this position.

Candidate Profile

  • Driving License: A valid full UK driving license is mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in horticulture and/or landscape maintenance is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of horticultural practices and safe operation of equipment such as lawnmowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Health and Safety: Awareness of relevant health and safety regulations is necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Public Interaction: Experience in engaging with the public regularly is beneficial.
