Collaborating closely with business partners and our supplier network, we aim to deliver value efficiently and effectively. As a Sourcing Manager in the procurement sector, you will spearhead sourcing category initiatives and manage supplier relations. You will cultivate strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to influence business objectives and anticipate future needs. Your role will encompass all activities in accordance with Group policies and risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate as part of the Customer Sourcing category team focused on Insurance, Pensions & Investments, and Motor, working alongside skilled sourcing professionals to enhance the category's vision and mission. Assist our Insurance, Pensions & Investments teams in achieving their commercial objectives through effective sourcing strategies. Build and maintain vital relationships with key stakeholders, fostering innovative thinking to enhance commercial value for the organization. Stay informed about the fund management services category, managing essential supplier relationships to gain early insights into new product developments that support the Group's evolution.Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in sourcing, with experience in contract negotiation and procurement category management, preferably in consumer products. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sourcing projects in fast-paced environments. Strong capability to articulate and translate strategic goals from business partners into actionable sourcing strategies. Track record of building relationships with internal stakeholders and serving as a trusted business partner. A positive, resilient, and adaptable approach, with a history of thriving in dynamic settings.Working Environment
