Activities Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering person-centred activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents.

About the Role

  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure activities are tailored to individual residents' needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents
  • Collaborate with our events team to plan and deliver special events and activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
