Job Title: Sunday Assistant Retail Manager

Marie Curie UK is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to lead our team and help support our mission of providing care and support to those with terminal illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Retail Manager in maximising sales and managing stock effectively
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop
  • Provide excellent customer service and deal with customers and donors on all levels
  • Support the recruitment and management of volunteers
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and Marie Curie's shop policies
  • Assist in the effective running of the shop in the absence of the Retail Manager
  • Drive sales to improve store performance and support the Store Team to keep within budget
