The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers and helping to increase customer spend.
You will identify new opportunities and grow and develop them. Ideally, you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade environment. However, full training will be provided.
As a team player with Account Management experience, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales and revenue growth
- Supporting quotes, tenders, and special projects
- Identifying opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion, and value creation
- Supporting Sales Organisation in discussions with customers
- Developing your own sales plan and pipeline
- Supporting ideation and implementation of sales initiatives
- Keeping up to date with category knowledge, products, and application
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments
- Ability to liaise with different stakeholders in the organisation
- Ability to liaise with customers' stakeholders at various levels
