Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the nursery, including maintaining children's records, ordering supplies, managing inventories, and keeping staff records.
  • Facilitate inspections by regulatory authorities and implement any necessary recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations regarding suitably trained staff with relevant first aid certifications.
  • Set and achieve occupancy goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, support, train, and evaluate all staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services.
  • Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships between staff and parents or guardians.
