Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader within our Personal Wellbeing service. Our service is commissioned by HMPPS and focuses on supporting adult male ex-offenders across various pathways.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide line management and motivate a team of Frontline Practitioners to achieve our Business Plan objectives.
- Work in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services.
- Ensure all services are mobilised in accordance with contractual deadlines and meet Catch22's reporting mechanisms.
- Co-design innovative and engaging service provisions to ensure best practice and leading-edge services are available to all service users.
- A full UK driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Ability to demonstrate a minimum period of 12 months constructive crime-free lifestyle prior to being considered for this role.
